- To respond to your inquiry or request and connect you with the relevant seller or our sourcing team.
- To review, approve, and publish equipment listings.

What we do not do

- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We never ask for bank details, Social Security numbers, or identification documents through these forms. Do not submit them.
Who can see it
Inquiry and request information is stored in our database and reviewed by the EQP Source team. When you ask about a specific machine, the details you provide may be shared with the seller of that machine so they can respond to you. Seller contact emails are never displayed publicly.

Information is stored with our database provider in the United States. We keep inquiries and requests only as long as needed to handle them and operate the platform.
